Terminated Record Is Not Being Removed From the Blanket Purchase Order Summary Sheet (Doc ID 2737330.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.12.9 and 20.8

When 'Terminate Record' is triggered on a Pending cost type Business Process (BP) record at the Project/Shell level, which is referencing a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) at the Company level, and showing on the BPO Summary Sheet:

Expected Result

The transaction should be removed from the BPO Summary Sheet.

Actual Result

Sometimes the transaction is removed from the BPO Summary Sheet, and sometimes it is not.

It is found that when 'Terminate Record' is triggered from the cog wheel in the Project/Shell's BP log the transaction IS removed from the BPO Summary Sheet.

However, if 'Terminate Record' is triggered from within the record, either before or after Accept is clicked, the transaction is NOT removed from the BPO Summary Sheet.
