OIC Integration Erroring with Artifacts not found in the agent local file store.

Facing issue in OIC integrations which is invoking the DBCS Connection. The DBCS connection has been configured and the Agent has been setup for the same. For few other Integrations with the same connection it is running successfully but others are ending in error as below-

Error: insert {http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}runtimeFault: java.lang.Exception: Artifacts not found in the agent local file store - path /home/oracle/agenthome/agent/data/9dbe48fd-4774-4051-a47f-da0e3ade4839
