Purchase Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Purchase Order webservice
PurchaseOrderServiceV2/ createPurchaseOrder

Purchase order creation payload includes values for fields
TaxClassificationCode
ProductFiscalClassification
The payoad is processed and completed with success, no error message is returned,  but when you review the purchase order in Purchase Order UI, fields
TaxClassificationCode
ProductFiscalClassification
are not being populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fields
TaxClassificationCode
ProductFiscalClassification
to be updated via PurchaseOrderServiceV2/ createPurchaseOrder webservice payload.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process PurchaseOrderServiceV2/ createPurchaseOrder payload with fields
TaxClassificationCode
ProductFiscalClassification
populated.
2. Review response
> no error
3. Review Purchase Order in Purchase Order UI
> fields
TaxClassificationCode
ProductFiscalClassification
are not being populated.
