Symptoms

When attempting to add a new user in Cloud Administration, the following error occurs after clicking Save.

1 user(s) failed

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Browse to Cloud Administration.
  2.  Click Add.
  3.  Fill in the details for the new user and click Save.
  4.  Note the reported error.
