In the New User Interface, the Funding Sheet Does Not Allow the Viewing Of Unassigned Fund Details And Funds Cannot Be Reassigned (Doc ID 2737670.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the Funding Sheet in the New UI (Standard view), the "Unassigned" Project amount cannot be opened to view all Transactions, and unassigned funds reassigned, as could be done in Classic View.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to be able to reassign Unassigned funding in the Funding Sheet as could be done in the "Classic View".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > Cost Manager > Funding > Highlight "Funding Sheet"
  3. Gear Icon > Open Classic Interface > The Funding Sheet is displayed in Classic View > Note that user can click on the "Unassigned (Project Level): amount ($XX,XXX.XX)" > A list of Transactions is displayed and there is an "Assign to Funds" button enabled.
  4. Gear Icon > Open > Funding Sheet is displayed in Standard View (New UI), note that there is no link next to "Unassigned (Project Level): amount ($XX,XXX.XX)", so unassigned amounts cannot be reassigned.
