Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

Unable to run certain jobs after environment has been refreshed and data masked, resulting in the following error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #3".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From Navigator, click on Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule a new process as a job: Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP
3. Click OK
4. On the new window, accept the default parameters
5. Click Submit
6. Observe error
