Symptoms

Problem Description:

Every time the following Alert is triggered, it returns the error listed below:

 

Alert Process Started for Alert Id :[00000000000000000] Alert Name : [IRC_JobApp_Review_HM]  

Error:
Null key for a Map not allowed in JSON (use a converting NullKeySerializer?) 
Error: 
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonGenerationException, msg=Null key for a Map not allowed in JSON (use a converting NullKeySerializer?)
