Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud Service - Version 18 A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
A certain subset of users do not receive Email Notifications for Approvals or Step Transitions. This occurs when the Email Notification is defined to use Email Templates.

- Email Notification setup changes (Step workflow/Approval workflow)
