Symptoms
OCI EXACS
Customer upgraded database to Oracle 19c using cloud tooling dbaascli, database upgrade was success
But later dbaascli database status command was reporting below error -
dbaascli database status --dbname EDPREM
DBAAS CLI version 20.1.3.4.0
Executing command database status
Database Status:
PRCD-1027 : Failed to retrieve database EDPREM_fra1z3
PRCD-1229 : An attempt to access configuration of database EDPREM_fra1z3 was rejected because its version 19.0.0.0.0 differs from the program version 11.2.0.4.0. Instead run the program from /u02/app/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_4. >>>>
