Goal

When moving the items to the cart from the Wishlist, no matter the Quantity Wanted Value available for the item in the Wish Lists, only one quantity of the item is added to the Cart. 

Is the above behavior consistent with the OOTB behavior when moving the items to cart from the Wish Lists?
