Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Requisition Approval Notification Does Not Include Attachment Links (Doc ID 2738059.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When a document is attached to a job requisition after the job requisition has been sent for approval, the Attachments section in the approval notification will list the new attachment.

However, the Approval History section which provides the link to the attachment will not show the newly-added attachment.
