CREATE_ID Shows as DC Schema Owner in Converted Store Data (Doc ID 2738382.1)

CREATE_ID is populated as DC Schema Owner when using Data Conversion tool.

Steps To Recreate:
1) Prepare input data files for different STORE entity
2) Use Data Conversion application to load data
3) Query RMS tables for loaded data
4) Notice below result:

select distinct create_id from store;
-- CREATE_ID showing DC schema owner

Expected Result: CREATE_ID should be set to DC Tool Application user.
