ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Users are unable to edit Start Date Data Element (DE).  The DE is greyed out on the “Time Schedule” tab of a PM Book Business Process (BP) record when a Work Order is in terminal status. The DE is editable if there is no terminal Work order.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The user should have the ability to edit the Start Date DE for a PM Book record even after the Work Order is in the terminal status.
