Symptoms
Negotiation was submitted for approval but notification never went to approver to get approved.
There is no notification for this in BPM worklist.
They have withdrawn and resubmitted and the notification is still not generating.
When you click ‘submit’ it’s a blank white screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Procurement > Negotiations
2. Search for negotiation and send for approval

Due to this issue, users cannot send negotiations for approval
