Error Received For Customer Simple File Import (Doc ID 2738582.1)

On : version, Customers

When attempting to run Customer Import
the following error occurs.

“Unable to retrieve error message and token information. Log a service request and reference error code HZ_IMP_INVAL_VALUE_COMPARE and token values ATTRIBUTE1ATTRIBUTE2ATTRIBUTE3nullnull.”

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input all the necessary values in the Input file
2. Generate the ZIP and Upload the Spreadsheet
3. Validate the Log file for Errors

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to load the customers
