Symptoms

When a user edits a job to update the end date, subsequent jobs are not triggered at intended times.

 

For example: some jobs were scheduled to run at 9 PM UTC, but they are starting at 2 AM UTC.

Changes

The end dates of BIP scheduled jobs have been modified.
