Symptoms
When attempting to save a line item of a BP record, the following error occurs.

ORA-009772 Identifier is too Long
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application
2. Navigate to the project/shell
3. Click on the BP
4. Double click to open a record
5. Click on Add to add a line item
7. Populate information and then click on Save
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the line item.
Changes
The customer is within the GBUCS cloud and has not yet been migrated to OCI cloud.
