Symptoms

When attempting to view an attachment in a project, the following error occurs.

ERROR: "Files cannot be viewed because of a missing system configuration settings. Contact System Administrator"

Replication Steps

  1. Navigate to the affected Business Process Record
  2. From the Attachments tab, try to open the affected attachment
  3. Observe the resulting error message.
