Symptoms
When attempting to view an attachment in a project, the following error occurs.
ERROR: "Files cannot be viewed because of a missing system configuration settings. Contact System Administrator"
Replication Steps
- Navigate to the affected Business Process Record
- From the Attachments tab, try to open the affected attachment
- Observe the resulting error message.
