ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Commitment Encumbrance/journal entry from requisition is not being relieved during the purchase order creation when
Purchase Orders is created from Edit Contracts, using the flow: Requisition > Negotiation > Contract > Purchase Order.
Purchase Order created from Edit Contract has Requisition field = blanks/ Original Requisition is not passed to purchase order created from this flow.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Purchase Order created from Edit Contract (from flow Requisition > Negotiation > Contract > Purchase Order) to be associated to original requisition.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Requisition to purchase order as follows
Requisition > Negotiation > Contract > Purchase Order
3. Review the purchase order header
There is no requisition associated to it.
