Agent Console is Not Displaying Agent-Order-Summary Page (Doc ID 2739017.1)

Symptoms

After an upgrade, OCC-Agent is not displaying 'Agent-Order-Summary' details for all the orders. 

Console errors:

 
Reproducible Steps:

1. Log in to the Agent dashboard.
2. Select Orders.
3. Search for an Order Number "Submitted to fulfillment".
4. Click the Order Number link.
