Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For Intercompany Transactions - the Tax distribution is not same as the balancing segment from Receivables account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need Tax distribution balancing segment to be in line with the Receivables Account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Intercompany transactions and push to AR
2. Once the invoice is imported, the tax distribution balancing segment is different than the one on the Receivables Account

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the accounting will be in different Balancing Segment Values.
