On : LiveExperience Admin.

Report for Engagement

Customer wants to know where can we see detailed information / reports for engagements from the dashboard for Customer Tenant.

1. A detail report on missed / abandoned calls, is it possible to put the detail information on the report like (name of agent, name of customer, telephone number of customer, and length of time the call was disconnected by the customer).
2. The engagement number on the dashboard, if it has touched 1000, is only made 1k, customer want to describe it in detail. They want to put it the original number like 1000,2000,3000 instead of 1k,2k and so on.
