Goal

Clarify functionality in Retail Home application for defining filter and banner, user is not able to:

1. Add filter when configuring dashboard as application filter tab doesn't exist.

2. Define banner in Banner and Contextual Area tab during dashboard configuration configuration, due to Banner Layout drop-down list being empty.

As per Administration Guide application filter tab should exist and Layout drop-down list be populated.
