11.13.20.07.0 version, Receivables


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Tax Exemptions are defied in Thomson Reuters.
2) Tax Exemptions are not honored during the Manual Invoice.
3) Tax Exemptions are working fine only for the AutoInvoice.
