Why Does Historical Batch Logs Show Duration as 0 (Doc ID 2739851.1)

Goal

When trying to check the Historical Batch Logs for a particular job, it is showing "Job start time" as 0 and "Job End Time" as 0 and "Job Duration" as 0.
