Symptoms

Customer is not able to create item using webservices. Webservice is returning error:

env:Server
Exception Description: The object [?], of class [class java.lang.String], could not be converted to [class java.lang.Long].
Internal Exception: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "?"
