Goal
Why are you unable to see item level freight charges on Return referencing original sales order?
1. Order shipped with product lines and a specific item that includes freight charges.
Line 1 - X - price =12.50
Line 2 - Y - price = 4.50
Line 3 - SHIPPING-STD - Freight charge $6.50
Total order value = $23.50
2. Create a Return order referencing the original sales order.
See that the Return order is created for a total of $17 only. Oracle is not including the 3rd line freight charge on the Return order.
