 - Revaluation journals posted in reporting ledger

Business requirements:
- Report in a currency different from the ledger currency.
- Manually enter adjustments that should not be reflected in primary ledger.

To meet the requirements created reporting currencies with conversion level set as Journal.
-- Primary ledger and Reporting Currency has the same currency USD, because for reporting purposes we need to enter adjustments directly to the RC;
-- The journal is revalued in the Primary ledger and its correct. All the revaluations must be done in primary ledger, where we will always have fluctuation;
-- The revaluation journal created in the Primary Ledger must be replicated in the RC., but actually is creating only the gain/loss lines.

Why is not propagated the same revaluation journal from PL to RC .As per docs The revaluation journal entries generated and posted in the primary ledger are automatically generated, converted, and posted to each of their reporting currencies.
