On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The PAE process is generating new PAE calculation card entries after some colleagues termination date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PAE should not be processed at all after a colleague has left their employment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. employee is terminated;
2. the employee is included in the PAE assessment process.
