Last updated on DECEMBER 28, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Currency Missing from Value Definitions Created with FSM Configuration Package

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
FSM Configuration Package to include the currency code

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. user used a configuration package to transfer Values by Criteria (VbC) from one environment to another;
2. the value definitions all loaded successfully;
3. but when used in the Generate HCM Rates process, resulted in the rates table being populated with missing currency codes

Note: This is to report that the configuration package does not include the currency code, therefore leaving the value definitions incomplete.
When created via the UI it is mandatory to create the currency code, so it was present in the original configuration where the config package was created.
