When users are working in FCCS application, they are getting an intermittent error A connection to the server has failed. (status=503). What is the cause of the error?
When running the Fiddler trace, it shows the below details.
Symantec: Network Error : Your request could not be completed.
The URL you requested at <EPM Cloud Workspace URL?, could not be reached by the network. The site's server may be down or experiencing a high level of traffic. The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
