Unable To Log Into P6 Professional Via PVD (Doc ID 2740546.1)

Symptoms

GBUCS customer with PVD access.

Users unable to use P6 Pro via PVD. (users are able to login with P6 Pro installed on their desktops.)

Multiple errors reported by users:
1. Unable to connect to database. Please run the database configuration assistant or contact your administrator.
2. On P6 login screen: Primavera.cacheservice.exe has stopped working
3. The user profile service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.
