FA: SCM: Shipping: Transfer Orders: The Expected Shipping Document Job Set Is Not Selected (Doc ID 2740573.1)

Symptoms

Setup a Document Job set rule as follows:

If
Ship-from Organization = A
Customer Country = US

Then
Document Job Set = DocJobSet1

When ship confirm the transfer order, the documents in DocJobSet1 do not print; documents in DocJobSet3 are printed.
One can confirm the Document Job Set assigned to the shipment via Edit Shipment, Actions > Review Document Job Set.
