Symptoms
On Application , environment 11.13.20.07.0
All reversal journals for source and category should picked up be the Autopost program
Steps :
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigator > General Accounting Dashboard > Period Close
2. Run Autopost from the Manage Journal Screen
Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to post and update GL balances in both the primary and reporting ledgers.
