Goal

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

Unable to correct contract projected end date

Issue: Past contract duration data of employee E1 is wrong and cannot be edited.
Steps to replicate:
1) Go to person management > search person number E1
2) Click view history, select past date: 28-Jan-2019
3) Click edit > correct
4) Projected end date (8-Feb-2020) was incorrect. It should be 1 year, or end dated on 26-Jan-2020
 
Question: How to correct contract projected end date?

Solutions that we have tried:
1) Run Employee Diagnostic Auto Correct in Validate mode and Correct Mode > Done.
The diagnostic run was successful. But still, the projected end date cannot be edited.
2) Upload data correction via HDL
Upload was failed (zip file will be attached to the SR).
Error message: The corresponding date effective record in the {PARENTNAME} for date {DATE}, action {ACTION}, and effective sequence {SEQ} is missing for the {CHILDNAME}
