Retail Science Engine Needs 'First Selling Date' And 'Last Selling Date' Columns (Doc ID 2740805.1)

As part of integration, Retail Science Engine needs a new data point added to RI Inventory Position fact for the First Selling Date. This would be the first date of a sales
transaction occurring for the item/location

This field to be added to W_RTL_INV_IT_LC_G as well as W_RTL_INV_IT_LC_WK_A. It should look at the incoming sales transactions for the current batch and for any item/location having a null first selling date, set the first selling date equal to the min(transaction date) of the item/loc if it is present there.

The first selling date must have the same additional logic as first receipt date. When the first receipt date is reset due to a price change or reset,then the first selling date must also be reset.
