An employee submitted an absence for 12-30-2020 which was approved by the manager. The absence status remains "Awaiting Approval" on the Existing Absences page.
Workaround
---------------
Use HDL to update the absence entry's approval status.

Steps to reproduce
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Submit absence for 12/30/20
The manager approves the approval request
Navigate to the Existing Absences as the employee
The absence status displays as "Awaiting Approval"
