File Upload Functionality For Fif_gl_cross_ref Is Not Working For DELETE Option (Doc ID 2741016.1)

When trying to Delete Chart of accounts in CFIN integrated environment, the account segments are not deleted from FIF_GL_CROSS_REF.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download any FIF_GL_CROSS_REF mapping to ODS file.
2. Change action to DELETE in ODS file.
3. Upload the file.
4. See process is successful but FIF_GL_CROSS_REF is not deleted and no error.
