Symptoms
An onboarding process is initiated for a candidate which has a fill user defined form task. The candidate logs in the career section, opens the task tab and he sees a task is in progress but no form is shown, only the task name is visible.
The same issue can be found in the Onboarding Center, when attempting to execute a user-defined form task - the form does not load.
