Symptoms

Connection to e-mail SMTP from BI Publisher failed with:

"Could not establish connection. javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: smtp.oracleoutsourcing.com, port: 587; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)"


Report name: "xxxx" using Bursting definition.
