Purpose

- In the PayrollTImeCard Approval task, PayrollTimeCardApprovers stage is enabled and configured it for approval.

- When we submit a time card with assignment number 1 it routes to his corresponding manager for approval

- Approval send to the Primary Assignment Manager RM

- When we submit a time card with assignment number 2 it is not routed to his manager for time card approval, instead it is going to primary assignment time card manager for approval.

- Approval send to the Primary Assignment Manager RM Instead of Secondary Assignment Manager
