UINs Processed in Xstore POS Incorrectly Displayed in the Troubled Transaction List in SIOCS (Doc ID 2741470.1)

Symptoms

When a sale transaction is processed from Point of Sale and published to Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service (EICS), the UIN is recorded in the Troubled Transactions List windows for items whose CAPTURE_TIME = S and not recorded for items whose CAPTURE_TIME = SR.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Sale Item has capture_time = SR in XSTORE.
2. Enter a UIN that does not exist in EICS.
3. Complete the transactions processing in EICS.
4. The transaction is not listed in the Troubled Transactions List window.
