Symptoms
On : Primavera Unifier Version: 19.12.6
When using SOAP and/or REST Webservices to create WBS/CBS/Cost Code rows on the Cost Sheet:
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to open the "Project Cost Sheet", it will not open and display correctly. When opening with New UI, it opens, there are columns displayed but no cost codes, no rows, no data. When opening in Classic Interface, the window will open but it is mostly blank and there is a "Processing..." popup as well. After 5 minutes it is still processing and no error.
SOAP and/or REST web services were used to create the WBS/CBS/Cost Codes and Unifier has inadvertently allowed creation of new rows, and now there are Duplicates.
Exporting "CBS Details" and "Summary Cost Sheet" both show the duplicate rows.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect go be able to open the Project Cost Sheet and that duplicate rows not be created.
