Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Outlook Plugin Contact Sync Error

Sales Cloud for Outlook sync completes, but there are some conflicts with errors.


Error:
"Operation: Back Update
Message: Unable to synchronize the record correctly because it was updated during the synchronization process. Run synchronization again to retrieve the most recent record changes"

Nothing is being updated, and there are no triggers

Customer is trying to install Outlook plugin , they are using Gmail server and accessing email using Outlook
