Symptoms

On 11.13.20.07.0 version

Error when entering a new credit card at the customer account level.

Navigate to Manage Customers. Search for customer. Select the customer account number. Select Payment Details, then select Credit Cards. Click on Create a Credit Card and Assign It to this Payer.

When opening Cybersource iFrame, following error is displayed: You are not authorized to view this page. The transaction has not been processed. If the problem persists please report your problem and quote the following Error Reference Number:
