FA:RCV: Serial / Lot Validation Is Not Happening For RMA Receipt / Putaway (Doc ID 2742045.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Receiving

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lot & Serial Validations are not happening when receive/putaway the RMA order even though at Receiving parameters restricting lot & serial number are setup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Lot & Serial validations should happen when receiving the RMA Order as per the setup in Receiving Parameters.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Order with Lot / Serial Item and Ship
2. Create a Return order for the above
3. Receive / Putaway against the above RMA order with random lot / serial
4. System is not validating the lot/Serial.
