After Restoring Snapshot, Edit Connection And Save Throws Invalid Hostname Error In Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 2742339.1)

On OAC 105.8.0, Snapshot from another instance is restored successfully. 
When an existing connection is edited ( a change made to any field such as 'connection name') and 'save' option is clicked, it throws following error:

However, a new connection could be  successfully created with exact same connection details.
