Symptoms

When attempting to create or edit a CPQ quote from Microsoft Dynamics (MSDynamics) an HTTP 404 error is received along with a popup showing the below error:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'getFormContext' of undefined

Changes

 MSDynamics was updated to the Unified UI and the 19C CPQ Solution for Dynamics was installed.
