OSC for Outlook: Casacding Child FCL values not set based on Parent FCL Value (Doc ID 2742416.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has added a parent FCL Field for existing OOTB FCL 'ActivityType' in Activity object. There is a cascading relationship set between these in App composer. But in Classic Outlook, Task is not getting filtered by Parent FCL as expected

Customer wants to not expose parent FCL on Outlook. It's value is set in Create trigger

This Type field is displaying correctly based on parent FCL on web page, but on outlook, it is displaying all available LOV, no matter the value of parent FCL.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Outlook need to display child FCL values based on parent FCL value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create trigger to set parent FCL value for activity.
2. Create type as cascading LOV for this parent FCL field

3. In Outlook, child LOV displays all values regardless of parent FCL field

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see filtered list for Type on Outlook
