Symptoms

Smart View  refresh on saved template do not Work with Microsoft 365

Users migrated from Microsoft Office to Microsoft 365 and several users complain that they no longer can refresh the old Smart View saved templates which has been working fine before.

The error message we are getting in Smart View is 'Invalid XML request'.
